Quotes & orders

Every piece is made to measure. Quotes are confirmed after an on-site measurement and remain valid for 14 days.

Deposit

Fabrication begins once a deposit is received. Balance is due on completion, before installation is handed over.

Lead time

Lead times are agreed in writing per project and may shift with material availability. We keep you updated throughout the build.

Delivery & installation

Our own team delivers and fits. Access to the site must be clear and ready on the agreed date.

Workmanship

Joinery and finish defects reported within a reasonable period after installation are corrected at no cost. Damage from misuse, water or third-party alterations is excluded.
